Transceive, Transport, Transcend
Transport yourself to a happy place. A place that you like to return to. A place where you feel connected, calm, and cared for. A place where you feel safe to explore and eager to engage. Where is this place ? What are its characteristics ? How prominent is technology in this scene ?
Much of the present experience of technology is specifically designed to steal your attention, hijack your time, and transfer your presence from the real world.
Alysha has spent most of the last decade designing holistic, immersive experiences in augmented reality that center contemplation and presence. This work brought her into collaboration with various performers, including actors, artists, dancers, and musicians who all desired to connect with their audience. Let’s explore how we can use technology to create transcendent experiences.
