A Practical Guide to Artistic Machine Learning
Timetable : 10am – 5pm
Equipment required : your own laptop
Machine learning is doing some amazing things in the creative world, but going beyond the basics can quickly become overwhelming. Sure, we all know how to type a prompt into DALL-E 2 or Midjourney, but how do you make truly unique works?
Our workshop aims to demystify this journey. We’ll look at how to train a personalized model from scratch, carefully curating and preparing the data that goes into it. We’ll look at how personalized models can be used as new methods and conduits for creative expression.
Please bring your laptop. We’ll install some custom open-source software. We’ll also provide fast cloud computing resources to train your models
