XR4heritage, a program of the Belgian association 3 Plumes, uses social innovation and new technologies to massively engage the public around the challenges of safeguarding and promoting heritage. Created in 2021 by Géraldine Bueken, XR4heritage offers a rich program of 
program of activities to support cultural and local players in the design, production and dissemination of attractive, accessible, participatory, inclusive and sustainable phygital cultural formats.
TROIS PLUMES has been working with authors and creative people since 2005 on positive-impact writing projects: children&#8217;s books, fiction, TV entertainment, exhibitions&#8230; Since 2010, the non-profit organization has been designing and organizing training courses and professional workshops to connect writing and digital technologies. It specializes in narrative and/or mass media projects conceived as tools for the positive transformation of mentalities and behaviors. In 2023, in addition to its head office in Brussels, the association will open an operations office in Mons.

The Office helps cultural and creative operators in Wallonia and Brussels to obtain European funding for their projects. There are around forty offices in Europe. As part of KIKK 2023, the France, Luxembourg, Flanders and Wallonia-Brussels Offices are working together to inform and support cultural and digitisation professionals.
&#8220;Europe Créative&#8221; is a European Commission programme. Its aim is to respond to the needs and challenges of the cultural and creative sectors. It supports them in their efforts to become more digital, more ecological and more inclusive. It is open to all creative sectors : contemporary art, heritage, architecture, theatre, music, dance, fashion, design, cultural tourism, literature, etc.
The Offices help cultural and creative operators to seize the funding opportunities offered by this programme and support them in their funding projects.
